MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to serve the local governments of Blackford, Delaware and Grant Counties along with the City of Portland by fostering a vision for regional economic growth through grant writing, facilitating, infrastructure improvements, supporting economic development and promoting quality of life and community enhancements.
